Interface bug?

I have a problem, the thing is the spell section doesn't show as it's suposed to do.
The spell's descritption,rating and download link are on the last page all the way down belove all posts.
When i don't sign in it shows as it is suposed to(spell description always on the top and on every page) but i can't find any option that i may have turned on to make this hapen.
Help is needed as this annoys me very much and is quite strange .

Oh... maybe it's still a bug caused by the failed upgrade of vBulletin XD

I would say Ralle is working against such bugs.

(the only thing I can think of is to change and backchange your skin?! (left bottom corner))

Tried rechanging into all of the skins several times, doesn't work

I have tried changing something so the order always will be ascending. Try looking at it now.
