"Init placement" for Units/Structures? (Rotating units)

How do I rotate Units?? Right now im sitting with the Fortificationpacks Big open gate and have 1:

Big gate(Opened) (Init placement) (116)

I can rotate this one.. but if I put out a new unit, the same, it is not rotatable... :eekani:

I've been looking at it in the object editor for 14 hours now but still don't get it... :/
 
A unit, structure.. doodads and destructs are always rotational no? I can't find what differs a unit from structure... or.. umm.. are non-structures rotational and structures not?
 
Yeah thought about making it with a trigger but.. cannot understand why at first the Bigopengate was coming out in 4 or more different angles.. and then when I pressed something that I have no idea what it was, it was gone again. :/
