Ingame Notepad

I was thinking, if there was an ingame notepad for W3 to complete certain tasks, for example building an item from recipe. If there isn't, is it possible to make one? It would be very helpful. Thanks.

Not really, I'm just looking for a mod of sorts to use on all maps, not put such system in my map, as I'm not making any. xD

He's searching for an in-game notepad, that includes the possibility of item recipe systems, but is much bigger.
