Importing Skin

That's skin is supposed to replace the original Medivh's skin, isn't it?
In the Medivh's model should be the correct path for the skin. Maybe you can search in the MPQ the Medivh's skin and see its path (that should be the path you want).
Another way could be to open the Medivh's model with a model editor, and check what path it uses for texture.

I think that should work.
Hope this helped.

EDIT: I tested my own solution, and worked. Here, the path is "Units\Creeps\Medivh\Medivh.blp"
I imported the skin, set that path, and the original Medivh took that look. It worked for me, at least...
