You cannot buy a model from a shop...
What you want is to create a new hero and give that hero the model.

Anyway you should download the model.
Put the files somewhere in the folder of WC3
("C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III\" for me)
And then import the files with the import manager.
Edit the path to the path after the WC3 folder.
So if I put it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III\Models\"
I have to set the custom path to "Models\"

Then you have it imported into your map.

Then you can change the model of a unit in the object editor under "Art - Model"

In you world editor, press F12 then click import to import your model. If your model has textures( blp files) then you have to import it too and change the path which is usually given by the model creator (or you can use programs such as mdx pather) . Then find Blademaster in Object Editor and change Art - Model or press CTRL+F to search. Select your imported file. Done blademaster now has a different model.

When I just replace the "Blademaster" model in the art section with the custom model... He becomes invisible when I play.. So something is clearly wrong.. Suggestions?

Ahh It worked now.. Thanks.

The reason why It dident work before was because I had made a change to the flag on his back (in the texture). How can I get the model to work after making thee change in the texture? Changed the flag on his back to a picture of a logo.

You did not tell me what software did you use to edit the model.

Also, placing a logo in the flag is not really difficult ( can do it in less than 10 minutes). Just edit the texture. You do not have to edit the model.

Lastly, since you are new here, do not forget to give +Rep (The Check/X icon below the number of Posts of the user name)
