Icons not showing up

Topic says it all
I converted the image to a BLP file.
It shows up in the editor but not when playing the map.

Did you use right paths?
The paths are:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\PASIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISPASIcon.blp

Oh I need that part?
Didn't know I needed those for normal item icons.

Well heres the thing
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNDeathKnightChest.blp
and it still doesnt show in game

You also need another Disabled icon with path: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNIcon.blp

You don't need ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\ in front of normal icons, it is probably because you have something wrong with the icon's alpha channel.

actually you can use .tga files as icons, and I don't get problems with them so you might want to try it...
