Icon with Any Color Borders

I can create icons with any color borders.

If you want me to make you one YOU NEED TO GIVE ME ICON AND SAY ANY COLOR YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR BORDERS.

and what are the advantages to having a different colored border, other than distinguishing between passive and active, maybe for seperating cast types i guess (instant, point click, ect, so users dont waste the spell if its instant)

or maybe if someone wished to customize all the buttons, which is what would be required for it them to fit in

You have not "made" them, they're made by Blizzard and used in Warcraft III beta version (proof). You just applied those borders in button manager.
