Icon Good Enuf to be approved?

Hey guys maybe you know me from modelsection cuz i asked alot of questions... what ever.

As i was always interested in modeling i always was interested in texturing too
well finally i got a mini tablet now and just drew a few icons and this is the first i think which could be approved.
But before going to icon sections with this icon. I wanted to ask the community if it was good enough

Be hard and just say if it sux.. after that say what i could do better .


Now.. the icon.

Looks nice to me. I think the flames could use some work though - it needs more variety in the colours used. Fire isn't just orange. I personally think this is a state where it could be approved though.

Yes, I would give some work on the flames. (add red and black)
And maybe it could have some more shading on the metal part.

Like they said, more work on the flames, btw be careful, don't let the flame dominate the icon, make the axe a little more visible..
