I need help with my Loading screen

Ok two problems the first problem is my loading screen picture is kinda purple when i look at it in the game the 2nd problem is when any1 else sees it the screens entirely white.

Whats wrong!?!?!?

Hm don't know what it is..

I give u 3 hints:

Patch the version of warcraft to the newest.
Check if you have the right path.
And perhaps if both doesn't work donwload a map editor where you can change the loading screen. Loading Screen
Images could only be in the Blizzard Model File.
Don't use JPEG or something like this!
