I use forzen throne version 1.22.0.6328.

If you dont have the Art based options you may have disabled Art from view tab

Nope i had it on do you know any other reasons?

with a small chance your WE data in mpq got corrupted
you can fix this by reinstalling if that is the problem
sadly there is no efficient way to understand if problem is this
