Green Hero Icon when exited or dead?

One of my units has a green hero icon when he dies, or when you quit out of the map. This problem is baffling me, I have both a "Art - Icon - Game Interface" and "Art - Icon - Score Screen" picture uploaded. They are both the same file, is that the issue? This was a model I downloaded, and they only included one picture file. Thanks for your help

Can you please give link of model and its icon? The reason is due to the icon not having a DISBTN version.

Ralle, I never read the 2D art tutorials because I didn't realize that they ever applied to me. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Werewulf, the model is the Terran SCV from Starcraft 3d Units Pack. I actually loaded the DISBTNScv.blp into the import manager, but either I need a specific path before it (what is it then?) or the alpha channel is wrong, or something else?

I saw and read it before. I figured it out now, actually. I had to try several different paths (guessing) in addition to the ordinary path.
