I has a question... how do you ''rate a thread''? I've seen it on Terrain Board where Sticky Legendary Terrains by FamousPker49 is rated with 5, by one vote [Thread Rating: 1 votes, 5.00 average.]

Does only a mod can do that or everyone else also can? If yes, then how?

when you commment it, its one of the additional options, underneath misc option and "manage attachements" its says rate this thread.
