Nope, it doesn't have any virus. I have already downloaded that tool several times and I don't have any problems with it. I think there's some antivirus that are too "secure" that it will consider some things as a threat even though it isn't. What is your antivirus btw?

Some Antivirus do False Alarm, this is proven by JNGP which injects WE, almost all antivirus find crap viruses which isn't actually viruses on it, same to all tools like Widgetizer, Vex Optimizer etc. this is because some are too secure.
you can whitelist them to ignore them.

avast may report false positives, especially for wc3 hacks. HExtractor will extract particular files from your war3 mpqs in order to get the latest/proper versions so that the widgetizer process goes smoothly regardless of which patch you have. It isn't malicious. Try to add it as an exception if possible.

I think JNGP is a virus (I think only ) because when I've been Installed the JNGP to my computer my Antivirus (Avira) scanned the system and it found the JNGP. After that when my anti virus spammed that it is a virus my computer was harmed in it (not really) because sometimes It is lagging my computer and goes to hang up. Then I uninstall or delete the JNGP files and removed the virus named "/Agent..blablabla....." after that My computer is fixed and it doesn't lag now and hang up.
