Hurl enemys away

Can someone tell me how to make a trigger that e.g. the "stomp" ability hurls enemys away??

put jump system into your map and when your hero starts the effect of that jump ability, set the variables of the jump systems as you want and then run the jump system.

If you could tell me how to do that... I'm not good in making those Triggers/Variables...

I have a minor question regarding the request, is the enemy knocked and flying away when the spell casted or only knocked back?
