More appropiate to be in WEHZ since this is not an artistical terrain question but a technical question. Therefor moved.

Regarding an answer: First off you need to find out about the resolution, wether it's a texture worth 1(256x256) or 2(512x256). This should be rather easy by just looking at it. Second off, you need to choose a fitting terrain tile that you want to replace.
The hard part is to figure out the import path you need to apply to your imported texture.
A tool like magos or any other mpq viewer work wonders here. All tiles are founded in "TerrainArt". So you have to look for the right path there. It's even more easy because they have subfolders with the tileset names.
Good luck

Either ways, You can download or create any texture. To find the correct path all you have to do is download this tool:

http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-viewer-62878/

With this tool you can see which path you need to import to over an existing texture of a tile.
Then you can simply put that tile in your tileset and use it on your terrain.

If the path is not shown inside Warcraft III viewer, you might want to download a MPQ browser and open up war3.mpq or war3x.mpq
There you can see all the files used by warcraft.
The folder structure is the path to a file.

Here is a MPQ browser:
