How to understand these constants?

Simple question, im right? if you can explain (?????)
1. +2%
2. +0,3 armor (like 1/3 of armor)
3. +0,5 HP/sec (?????)
4. +25 HP
5. +15 mana
6. +0,5% mana regen (?????)

1. +2% faster attack speed. This faster attack speed counts towards the -80% to +400% cap to faster attack speed. As such a unit with 200 agility and no debuffs to faster attack speed will cap out on attack speed at 2% faster attack speed per agility.

2. 0.3 armor per point of agility. This fractional armor does factor into damage reduction calculations, even if the UI rounds armor to whole numbers.
