How to remove in-game popup info display?

for example..when you move your mouse to a enemy hero.
there are some details will appear like the owner of the hero, the name of the hero and the level.

and if you're going to move your mouse to a neutral building, something like that would also appear.

but my problem right now is, how do i remove the details in my enemy, allies and my units without removing the details in the neutrals.
 
i hate to dissapoint you but setting it to -1 DO removes the health bar as well. perhaps you can find the Bar system that can show hp, mana, exp, and some details as well in the spell section.

but i do have one more question. in warcraft, there is a game option that always show Health bar. is there a trigger that prevents players to disable it?
