How to remove Call to Arms

I edited teh human town hall, but Call To Arms and Back To Work are still there ingame. How to remvoe them?
I checked the list of abilities and they dont have it.

This bug has existed for ages, but one solution would be to create a trigger on map initialisation that removes the ability from all Town Halls at game start.

Using Action - Remove Ability from unit.

iirc adding abilities to units cause little lag. not sure if removing does the same.

though does enabling disabling the ability also cause the same lag? I dont think.
