How to merge two models?

I have two models: Human Form and Bear Form.
I want to merge these two models into one. (the bear will use Alternate animations)
Please, help me.
Btw it is the Syllabear from dota 2.
I'm going to use it for dota so I can't use World Editor.

in your case I'd merge the Human with the Druid of the Claw model, according to the guide in eubz's link. Just replace the Druid with the human and you have it! A human that transforms into a bear, both animated.

I suggest you should add a geoset animation after it, to make him invisible in bear form.

if he does it the way i recommended him to do, than he could use the geoset anims from the druid, ready-made.
