[Crash] How to make JNGP work under Windows 8.1?

I got warcraft 3 again. Installed and it worked. Thats fine. Now I tried to get JNGP too but it didnt start. Messed around a bit and managed to completely ruin war3 too so it wont start either. Few days later i tried to start JNGP and somehow it worked yet war3 is still faulty. How can I make it so JNGP works?

Not required.

You need to make sure that anti virus programs do not tamper with JNGP. Most will detect it as a worm/trojan because of how it injects itself into WorldEdit. After extracting it you will also need to run the appropriate registry files so it gets linked as your standard editor properly. Make sure you have given your user account Full Control permission over the Warcraft III install folder (if it is in Program Files it will default to administrator Full Control only).
