How to disable mouse rolling camera?

Is it possible with the regular WE to disable the mouse roll changing the camera angle? I would like to lock the camera on the player's hero and adjust the height of the camera based on their scouting abilities. This works well enough, but if the player rolls their mouse, the camera zooms down to the ground messing it all up.

Is there a JASS command or something that will disable that?

I thinks it's impossible, but you can create a loop that replace the angle of view every 0.0* seconds.

That and "Distance to Target" value (the Camera - Set Camera Field (Timed) action) in a specified value, e.g. 2000, so that it does not zoom in/out or scroll angle-wise.
