Code:
Unit - Cause your unit to damage the targeted unit of ability is being cast(or something) dealing X damage or type Chaos and Universal
Chaos damage deals full damage no mather the armor as long as u don't change something in the Game Constants/Interface... So I gues best solution is Chaos damage

No.
Chaos deals full damage to all armor types.
But a guy with 100 armor, only gets a small part of it.
But it dosn't matter if its Fortified armor, or Hero armor.

It gives same damage to all, but is still lowered by Armor.
I don't think it will be lowered by armor if its Chaos AND Universal
Chaos and normal would be.

Also, universal ignores magic invul but can't damage invulnerable units.

Argh
Chaos damage is reduced by the reduction % you see when you hover over the armor of a unit.
The tooltip of chaos damage says it deals full damage against all armor types, meaning that the multiplier for all the other damage types is 1.00(the multiplier for different damage types(piercing, siege and etc) vs armor types(hero, fortified and etc).
So if you use universal or spirit link damage, and you deal 100 damage, the hp of the damaged unit will be reduced by 100.

Pure damage huh? yeah, best way is by setting the opponent's life. However if the target's life is lower than the supposed pure damage amount, then deal 9999999999999999999999999999999999 damage to it. That should work.

Using attack type spells and damage type unknown will not be penalized by armor reduction.

I do not now how it acts versus spell immunity and spell resistance, but conclusively since I guess this is for a spell trigger, it should be normal.

Well, you could try to calculate the damage so it increases as armor increases, with the excess damage being used so that the exact amount is dealt after reductions are applied.
