Open Magos' Warcraft 3 Model Editor (War3 Model Editor). Open the model file from there. Then click "Windows" "Geoset Manager" then right-click and export the Geoset you wanna export. Save it. The file extension is .geo and you can then import it to another model.

Than you can iport it to an empty model
and save it, so you got an mdx of your geoset.
