You don't need to buy Reforged to use the newest Version. claim your cd Key with your battle net account which gives access to newest Warcraft 3 version.

No you dont. Aside from that, patch 1.31 is still available. There's a thread even here on hive so that you can download it. And to play online you can use Radmin, there's a big discord server dedicated only for that!

no dude..only those who still use 1.31 use Radmin, the rest use reforged or 1.32
