Try using Audacity or another sound editing program to compress any music you have in the map. Or don't use custom music at all. They usually take up the most space.
Otherwise, you have a few choices varying from removing imports, Guesst's MDX Squisher, and decreasing the quality of textures you are using (I recommend this one).
