[General] How to change htokeys of items?

How do I change the hotkeys of the items slots? Maybe there's some TEXT file I can replace?
I want my hotkeys to be 1,2,3,4,5,6(above QWERTY)

There are third party tools that were made to re-map item hotkeys anyway you like.
However, you have to keep in mind that the number keys on the main keyboard are already used to map unit groups to.
Im not sure how those third party tools respond to that
