CPU : AMD 5000+ dual core [overclocked to 3.1GHz]

HD : 500gb, and i have 250gb SSD [Solid State Drive] ordered to arrive soon :)

True my rig isn't the best, but its good enough for my gaming right now :)
 
Depends on which computer. I own at least 5 or 6. I only really use 2.

1) The old OLD Inspiron 6000 model laptop. (Same as the current 1505 except with XP.) I only use it for WC3 and work related things.

It has: 512mb ram, 1.7GH processor, and a GeForce 6200.

2) A custom built computer running Windows 7. I use this powerhouse for gaming and modeling. (Mostly the latter. lol)

It has:

4gb ram, 3.0gh quad cpu processor that can be overclocked like heck, a Radeon 3870 (soon to have two of them), and a max download speed of 1mb per second. Oh, and for cooling, it has two 12inch fans that I built in.

Damn I miss my Geforce280... Still, two Radeon3870s should do the trick. Currently, I only have one though. D;

So my gaming computer decided to poop out on me yesterday, so i'll be building my new one sooner than i expected, these are the specs i have lined up for now.

Antec p192 case (built for optimal air cooling conditions)
CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX 620W (modular)
EVGA LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX X58 SLI LE Intel Motherboard (Triple - SLI)
Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor
CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Dual 280GTX's in SLI, with my 9500GT plugged in for running dedicated PhysX or CUDA
1.5TB HDD Space (3x500GB 7200 RPM HDDs)

2.3 TB HDD space, made up of 2 RAID1 raptors for 300GB, and 2* 1TB standard HDDs.
Vista Ultimate 64 bits with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 upgrade voucher.

Honestly there is no need for more to game.

Deathcom3s, I do not think you need that many graphic cards. May I remind you that few games utalize onbord nvidia instructions yet (although physics is slighly used) and that SLI graphic cards do not double the performance but do double the energy cost. I would advise sticking to only 1 280 with maybe the 9500 running physics or a second screen as the money you will save could let you upgrade in the future to an even better card capable of better graphics instead of being stuck with a slightly faster old card. Yes this may mean less AA or slightly less render distance, but visually it should be near unnoticable and will probably end up saving you in the long run.

There are 1 or 2 questions a day on Yahoo Answers about people who bought $600 in parts, and used a $30 PSU, and HEY, computer's fried.
 
It is called Overclocking

See because the X3 720 is a Black Edition, you can just easily raise the clock multiplier, and if I go any higher than 3.3, then I have to increase voltage, so 3.3 is good.

I did get it 3.8 stable@45C but I don't want to go higher.

Normal temps for me is 25C, CCTF is one of the best air coolers, beats those PoS CM V8's, and Zalmans any day
