How do you upload screenshots to a post in this site?

I have just finished the first part of my map which is working and ready to be tested only problem is people don't seem to want to read something without pretty pictures and I don't know quite how to upload them in my recruitment post. (when I try to it asks me for something called a URl)
Please help.

I also changed my map so that it can be solo played or played with any amount of users now.

URL
It wants you to give it a link to the picture.
You should upload the picture somewhere on the internet (Photobucket maybe, or your albums)
Then, you should use the link to that picture.

copy it or if you already uploaded your pictures here in this site, right click one of your pictures and then tick "View Image". after that you would go in a picture's url and then grab it like this for an example
