[Trigger] How do you order a building to train something?

I'm trying to make buildings train things.
But Ive had no luck:
This Didnt work:

Unit - Order UHF Barracks 0034 <gen> to build a UHF Soldier at Train_UHF_Barracks[1]

And this didnt work:

So can somebody help me.

Maybe there's not enough gold or food supply? Disable requirements for training the unit, maybe it requires some tech you don't have.

It might have something to do with supply.
I looked at that map and saw the 0 supply cost.
I will add some stuff.
