How do you edit campain maps?

Read title. I just want to do it for my amusement.

You need to export the maps and there you have it.

How would I do that? (I mean Campaign)

What I do know is, you can download an MPQ extractor on this site, to export those campaign maps.

Get your MPQ extractor like Warlord Ajer'laroir said, then extract the war3xlocal.mpq to whatever folder you want, then you can go browse around in the extract location and poke around at the campaign maps.

The secret is out!

Open campaign in campaign editor, click right click on map! Select "EDIT"!
It will open map in WE for ya, just do what you need and save, or you can export it or import another map with options there!
