Hi i want to add a starting sequence to my map like the useing the sayings from the the last mission in the undead campain for frozen. i also want to use a ending video how can i do it.

The ending movies are actually modeled and rendered; they're done by professionals who do that for their job.
Even if you do get one done, though, I'm not sure if there's a feature to play a cutscene.
However, for everything else, as wolverabid said, there's cinematics.
