Colour me!

Hi, i am from ger so excuse my english ^^
I am new at this topic of freetime-killing, and i try a campain-map during a small time. And now i want to colour letters, for example blue item names.
How can i do that ?!
If some german people can help me i would be very gradeful, but other help is of cource also very wellcome ^^
