How do I minimize an image?

I checked the BB code list and couldn't find this (perhaps I missed it). I want to make it so there is a small image and when someone clicks on it it opens up a larger image.

He hosted the attachment on The Hive (most likely in that thread; you have to host it anyway), and then used the [/plain]
