how do i import animation

i wanted to learn how to import animation from a unit to another unit, i tried to just copy and paste the numbers but it doesnt work, anyone help?

EDIT: hmm btw the program dont work so well, i put arthas animations into kael and kaels leggs wont move and he keeps moving the body and head....

but when i put archer on footman it works perfectly.

hey i imported the models and when i try to open the output model sometime it gives me a error, and sometimes the model doesnt work very well, is there any way to fix it?
