Need Help To Import/Export Animations :)

Hi there i'm working on a model but it has no animations and i doesnt know how to animate but i got some good one from some blizzard models so i need help to export and import some animations my questions is :1 what program shall i use 2 how can i do it 3 can i see pictures 4 can it work ,thanks anyway
