Importing models f12 button

when i press the f12 button i dont get import manager but it says in white letters "Deleting all units and randomizing terrain" 0.o i want to load the models i downloaded but i dont know how cus f12 doesnt work. anyone know how to get the import manager

Click "Module" then click "Import Manager"

i dont have import manager there. only terrain editor,trigger editor,sound editor,unit editor and object editor maybe i got the wrong version of world editor i have just normal 1.00 also i have normal war 3 reign of chaos.
