How do I change the hero experiance rate factor?

Hey does anyone know how to change the hero experiance rate factor? I dont know how.

Please help!

ok now first ....'hi'

ok go in the trigger and go to section 'Hero'

select the 'Hero-EXPRate' or something like this..
after u can change to (normal) 100% or 50% or whatever of u want

and that all
