Experience formula changed?

Hi. According to http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/cat_usersubmit.php?view=68382 the experience required for a hero to get to th next level is this:

Experience required = "Previous value" * "Previous value factor" + "Level" * "Level factor" + "Constant factor"


I'm making an excel sheet to calculate the experience required for each level from 2 to 99.

Now, for some reason, the experience required in-game is different from the one in excel and I don't know why. Column C is the XP required in-game and column B according to the excel formula.
If anyone have excel and can help me it would be nice, so that the formula in B equals the one in C.
