[General] Hero Experience Rate

is "Hero - Experience Rate" trigger is work??
i have try this, when a unit get level 6, change experience rate to 200%,
then after get level 11 change experience rate to 300%. when i play it, nothing change on level 11 that make hard to level up
any suggestion?
