an system where you are asked to either all pick = -ap or -ar = All Random. just like in dota.

How is it in DotA?

Well, you detect the chat input for mode selection and then lead the players to a tavern for example, where they can pick units from or for -ar automatically spawn a random hero for each player. Therefore, you would need to save your heroes in an array.

i have no idéa how to make such triggers, all i need is an existing one, i know they are out there somewhere. But i havent been able to find any in the maps ive looked at... so maybe someone here has 1 or knows theres 1 on this site ect..

try this SD_Ryoko and Acehart's dota template.Just find the mode there, I know this template have it.

If you are too lazy to learn it even with our assistance, then this is not the right forum. You should try Requests. As already hinted, there is no general script which you can just import and everything's done, even more with your squishy description. At least, you have to understand how to use the system.
