How and where do i get an -Ar and -ap Trigger system for my footmen frenzy map ?

i could also take this from an open footmen map where -ar and -ap are implented ? someone knows an open footmen with this ?

ok -ar works, BUT all players still have the option to pick a hero if there fast enough doing it before Red Player types -ar. So can you add something that makes it impossible for other players to pick heroes before Red Player have written -ar or -ap ?

Would it be possible that you also helped me fix the Tech Delay Trigger ? I have tried doing it myself but with no luck :/
