Read Rules.
You can use Libraries/Systems with giving Credits or may advance a Spell with explicit permission of the autor (if it would make sense and a big part is really your work)

But simple modifications are useless and in this case nothing than thievery.

This spell is a stolen spell as all of us have mentioned and i will give it a 1/5 (and that is because the spell is good but another person made it).If you want to know how to make spells yourself (spells that don't leak) then there are plenty of tutorials in hive workshop to help you. Until then my mini moderation result is ( Reported of violating the rules).
