Hive Banner contest!

The challenge is to make a small THW banner, but really resembling the site's Night Elf theme.
The winners will get a rep award, but no award icon, cuz well, ya know.

And as an inspiration, take a look at this one:

I'm making this contest because sadly we can't use the above banner anymore due it being for christmas only and also a bit old and not that detailed.

Also I guess it should be made completely from scratch? No artwork for the background, etc.
