If it's not obvious where the passage is, I guess it worked.

It's not just you. Make it more subtle at least... and they don't look TOO uniform if you put shrubs and dead trees and those shrub tree thingies on them, and give them size variation...

As for tile variation, I mean the rock tiles under the water and in front of the camera. Put in some dirt+rough dirt or something...

I actually like the rocks like that. It's just that there are so many rocks with bad textures, that it ruins it for me.
