Hero with no Mana

How do I make it so that a hero has no mana? Kinda like Rising_Dusk's dreadlord hero in Desert of Exiles?

Hold down shift button, then click on intelligence. Then type in the # 0

Set base mana to 0 and voila your done.

A problem arises, when I tried that, the hero can no longer casts spells, even ones with no mana cost o.0

You need exactly 0 mana, I do believe. Or something like that.

I don't know Rising_Dusk's dreadlord hero but i think he just has set the mana of the hero to 500000 and removed manaconsumption from abilites.
That way the mana isn't displayed ^^
