[Solved] Hero regenerates health even when regen is set to never

I have a hero that i want to never regain health, issue is for some reason his health always regenerates even when i set health regen to 0 or set it to never, still regenerates at the default rate, why?

Never mind i figured it out, it's a gameplay constant that adds regen with strength, all good now.
