Hero Health Regeneration {how to stop it?}

Ok this is going to make me seem thick or something - but i seriously don't know why its doing this...

How do i stop heroes from regenerating health? I have put the health regeneration to 0, he has no abilities (no one does) that should heal him.

Do heroes always regenerate or am I making a stupid mistake?

And either way how could I fix this?

Strength also adds hp regen, go advance > Gameplay constants and search for something like hp regen per str and set it to 0
