Disabling health regeneration for Heroes?

I tried to set the regeneration in the object editor to none,but it seems very useless. Is there anyway I can disable the health regeneration for heroes for realz?

You'll have to disable the Regeneration per Str point too.
This is changeable under "Gameplay constants - Hero - HP Regeneration per STR"
