Vote for everyone is actually like having no vote at all - increasing all votes by 1 is the same as decreasing them with 1 - no diffrence.
Is it really so?
Votes for everyone: 10
Votes for user A: 5 (Total: 15)
Votes for user B: 15 (Total: 25)
Total votes: 30
A's score taking the "useless" votes into account: 15/30= 1/2 (= 3/6)
B's score taking the "useless" votes into account: 25/30= 5/6
Difference is: 2/6
A's score not taking the "useless" votes into account: 5/20= 1/4
B's score not taking the "useless" votes into account: 15/20= 3/4
Difference is: 2/4 (3/6 > 2/6)
As you can see, not taking the useless votes into account would have made the useful ones had more "power", more effect one the final scores. Of course, because the winner won thanks to the poll and not the judging, it wouldn't have changed the outcome of the poll, and that's not the reason why I'm writing this, but to make you get your facts right before writing them down
