[Solved] Help with World Editor!

I have problem with one thing in World Editor...

How am I abled to make steep hills and mountains with the "raise" tool?

I have seen maps where there is like 89% angle on those hills and mountains though I can´t create as steep hills with my own editor. How I can change it?
